Our policy lasts 30 days for hair cutting tools and 7 days for natural skin, body & hair care products since delivery date. After the period expired unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without being opened or tampered with in anyway – “broken seal”
• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide our customer service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. We will respond within 24 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original way of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you've already returned your item in most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed. The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used. Usually it is between 7 and 45 days.
